A few practical notes about using cosmetics and jewellery bought from us — not a substitute for the advice of a qualified dermatologist, doctor or jeweller.
Product descriptions, ingredient highlights, and skincare/makeup content on this Site (including our blog and any AI stylist suggestions) are provided for general information and shopping guidance only. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional skincare advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor before using a new cosmetic product.
We strongly recommend patch-testing any new cosmetic product — especially skincare, fragrance, and colour cosmetics — on a small area of skin (such as the inside of your wrist or forearm) and waiting 24–48 hours before applying it more widely, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience redness, itching, swelling, or irritation.
Because of this, and for hygiene reasons generally, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal is broken — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full policy and the exception for items that arrive already damaged or incorrect.
We make reasonable efforts to keep ingredient listings accurate, but formulations can change between batches and manufacturers may update them without notice. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to a specific ingredient, please check the physical packaging of the product itself before use, not only the website listing.
Fine and fashion jewellery sold on this Site should be kept away from water, perfume, sweat, and abrasive surfaces to preserve its finish and plating; we note on each product page where a piece is gold-plated, silver-plated, or solid metal, since care requirements differ. Colour and finish may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and display settings, as noted in our Terms & Conditions. Normal wear-related changes in plated jewellery over time (such as gradual fading of plating) are not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you're unsure whether a product is right for your skin type or an allergy you have, message us at support@aimstore.aimsoltech.com or +92 321 9554306 before ordering, and we'll help where we can — we just can't give medical advice ourselves.
