1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using aimstore.aimsoltech.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you can form a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan (generally, that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing the order with the involvement of a parent/guardian), and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Shipping & Delivery Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order (name, contact number, delivery address).
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@aimstore.aimsoltech.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may also check out as a guest using your order number and phone number to track an order, without creating an account.
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing and acceptance

• Prices on the Site are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, except for card payments via Stripe which are charged in US Dollars at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is not accepted by us until we confirm it (by email/SMS, or by releasing it for dispatch). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, if a cash-on-delivery order fails identity verification, or if a listed price was a genuine pricing error.
• Discount codes are subject to the specific terms shown for that code (minimum spend, applicable products, expiry) and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before an order is placed.
• For cash-on-delivery orders above the threshold our system applies, we require a valid CNIC number at checkout, as our courier partners require this to hand over a cash-on-delivery parcel.
• For JazzCash (manual) and bank-transfer orders, your order is held pending our verification of the payment receipt you upload; we will contact you if the receipt cannot be verified.

4. Product information

We try to display product colours, finishes and sizes as accurately as possible, but slight variation between what you see on screen (affected by your device's display) and the physical product, especially for jewellery finishes and cosmetic shades, can occur and is not a defect. Jewellery weights and gemstone/stone details given in a product listing are approximate unless stated as exact.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data, prices, or product content from the Site without our written permission.
• Submit a product review that is fake, that you did not genuinely purchase and use, or that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes a third party's rights.
• Place fraudulent orders, including repeatedly placing and refusing cash-on-delivery orders.
• Reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from the Site's content or design without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product photography, descriptions, logos, the AIM Store name and mark, graphics, and the design and layout of the Site itself — is owned by AIM Store/AIM SolTech or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may view and download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example, to remember what you ordered), but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our product photography or written content for any commercial purpose, including reposting it on another store or marketplace, without our prior written consent.

7. Reviews and user content

When you submit a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that review (including your display name and rating) on the Site and in our marketing, for as long as the review remains relevant. We may remove a review at our discretion if it breaches Section 5 above. Reviews marked "verified purchase" are tied to a confirmed order on our systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Pakistan: AIM Store provides the Site and its products "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or a product bought through it, except where that loss arises from our negligence, wilful default, or breach of a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, severe weather, or circumstances affecting our payment or banking partners.

9. Returns, refunds and delivery

Our policies on returning or exchanging an item, getting a refund, and estimated delivery timelines are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order placed through the Site will first be addressed informally — please contact us at support@aimstore.aimsoltech.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If it cannot be resolved this way, the courts of Pakistan having jurisdiction over our place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim before a relevant consumer protection forum under applicable provincial consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new payment method or delivery partner. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if a change materially affects an order already placed, the terms in force when you placed that order will continue to apply to it.
